Ob Luang National Park

Chiang Mai is mosly surrounded by countryside, so it doesn't take long time for those people who want to escape from city life to release themselves. Ob Luang National Park or grand canyon of Thailand is one interesthing place that I want to present you for today. Ob Luang is the name of the canyon created by the Mae Chaem River, which is about 105 kilometers from Chiang Mai-Hord Road and follow the Hord -Mae Sariang Road for another 17 kilometers to the park entrance. Also, there are many activities that visitor can do such as canoe rafting, walking and seeing the nature, studying prehistoric human in the area, and camping at night. If you want to experience a little getaway from city life when you are staying in Chiang Mai for a while, here is an idea for you.
